This is beautiful, reminds me of the masterpiece that is spring.
i love the painting....as for pain wellits a mind thing...if u try concentrate on the area and breathe the pain away it helps....to do this check where is the pain eg wrist but which part? do this till u have a small specific area imagine now you're breathing into that area and than out of it pain and alll...you will feel better
