I love the picture! With the cool blues and greens you can tell it's the end of Summer and you see it by watching the leaf float by, falling from the tree before it displays it's Autumn colors.
Magnificent!

I've looked at this a long time and have come up with what I see in this painting. While it is beautiful, I see early death. Maybe from only the name. Death when it is taken early gives this leaf freedom to stay green and not wither into crisp brittleness to fall from the tree and crumble. So by falling early, it has the freedom to stay green.
Wow, the painting is beautiful!
By digital painting, do you mean that you did it in watercolors or oil then scanned/photographed it?
OR that the whole thing is digital to begin with?
Either way, it's beautiful and very calming. Love the colors!
Good to have you back, Tomas. I've been really busy and haven't been by to see your latest so its good to have a reminder. I am a big fan.

This image is a beautifully captured moment in time. I see the large splotches of light shining through the tree tops above as a fallen leaf proceeds to the brilliantly, embellished ground below. I've truly enjoyed browsing through your images...thanks for stopping by and taking a looking at mine!
